I’m excited to launch my new blog on olva.cz! This has been something I’ve wanted to do for a while, and I’m finally making it happen.
What to Expect
This blog will cover topics I’m genuinely interested in and work with day-to-day:
- Self-hosting — running your own services at home and in the cloud
- Kubernetes — cluster management, GitOps, and all the fun that comes with it
- Software development — tools, patterns, and lessons learned
- Tech reflections — broader thoughts on where technology is heading
The Setup
The blog itself is a good example of what I write about. It’s built with Hugo and the PaperMod theme, served from a Kubernetes cluster using Caddy and Traefik. The whole thing is managed as code with FluxCD — pushing a Markdown file is all it takes to publish a post.
I’ll write a more detailed post about the architecture soon.
